Founded in 2010 with a sincere dedication to building materials, we embarked on the production of insulated integrated panelsaccumulating profound technical expertise and market experience in the construction materials sector.
In 2019, responding to the national call for energy-efficient, cost-effective, and eco-friendly new prefabricated building materials, Shandong Xinguangheng Energy-Saving Technology Co., Ltd. came into being. Anchored in the track of green high-performance precast concrete components, we take it as our mission to promote the innovation and upgrading of building industrialization, ushering in a new chapter of leapfrog development.
Our production base covers an area of 13,400 square meters, with over 100 professional technical and production personnel. Equipped with an independent scientific laboratory and modern production lines, we have built a full-chain guarantee system from technological R&D to mass production. Relying on in-depth cooperation with renowned research institutions and universities such as the China Academy of Building Research and Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, we have obtained more than 200 patents (including 12 invention patents), and taken the lead or participated in compiling a number of industry standard atlases and technical specifications, driving product iteration through technological innovation and demonstrating strong R&D capabilities.

A production base was established in Glashütte, specializing in hollow core slab construction.
A production base was established in Shentao, officially entering the civil construction industry.
The company won the "Qingri Lanxiang Ying" product award and was recognized as a high-tech enterprise for the first time.
A production base was established in Yantai, specializing in new building materials for civil construction.
In collaboration with the China Academy of Building Research, the company integrated industry-academia-research practices to develop and promote integrated bridge construction products, established a production base in Weifang, and established a wholly-owned subsidiary, Shandong Deli Ma, specializing in the production of canopy beam pump systems; it was also recognized as a Shandong Province Gazelle Enterprise.
In response to the national rural revitalization strategy, a subsidiary, Yuge Bizhu, was established, launching integrated design and construction services for slab bridges, further expanding the company's business scope.
The Yantai plant was expanded, and a new site was established in Weifang. The projected new energy medical industry chain reached 2 million square meters, making it a leading enterprise in the medical device industry.
In collaboration with the China Academy of Building Research, the company developed OLC composite panels for overseas applications and OVF vacuum extraction services, gaining recognition in the market.
